Baker Street

Baker Street is located within easy walking distance of Regents Park.. Baker Street Tube Station is a major point for transfers as Bakerloo, Jubilee, Central, Metropolitan, Hammersmith and City lines all intersect here.

Baker Street was made famous by Sherlock Holmes, the finest and most famous of criminal detectives, and his colleague Doctor Watson - who first appeared in Sir Aurthur Conan Doyle's "A Study in Scarlet" in the Beeton's Christmas Annual in 1887. They both spent many years at 221b Baker Street and this is now the location for the Sherlock Holmes Museum.
